I have over 25 years of experience designing and conducting impact evaluations, particularly randomized trials, in education and other areas. My primary interest is in the development and use of methods to improve the generalizability of impact evaluation findings. My recent work has focused on methods for selecting representative samples of sites for impact studies when sites are not required to participate.
